Many are familiar with how sin came to be, much understanding came from Bible class knowledge given in schools. Christian Religious Studies teachers explained sin as a moral offense, indeed it is, especially when you think about it logically. An abnormality in our acts warrants us to fall short of the glory of God. However, biblically speaking, Sin does not only evolve in our actions but in our thoughts – this is the real threat. Although God in his infinite mercy has equipped and empowered on this earth to be fruitful and multiply the face of the earth despite the protruding consequences of the sins we’ve committed as well as our sinful nature – which automatically causes a rift between God and us because God does not and will never behold iniquity. Even though, we tend to imply that committing an offense as well as a sin whether deliberate or not is a mistake.
