Help Is On The Way

Matthew Schwartz

In a small village in Frigiliana, Maria faced a relentless storm of challenges. Her family struggled on the brink of poverty, and in the midst of the situation her husband, John, fell ill. Maria began to question God in her heart. As their faith wavered, they received a glimmer of hope.

One day, a compassionate neighbor shared an inspiring Bible verse, reminding them that with God, all things are possible. Encouraged, Maria and John prayed fervently, seeking strength and healing.

Miraculously,  a long-time childhood friend of Marie,  Maltida comes to visit. She is very knowledgeable about herbs,  she administered some extracts from the leaves she plucked in their garden. After the third day,  John's health took an unexpected turn for the better. The local doctors were astounded, unable to explain the sudden recovery. The village saw this as a testament to the power of faith.

United in gratitude, they thanked God for sending Maltida their way.

This story illustrated that even in the darkest moments, faith and prayer could lead to miracles.  It also strengthened the Christian faith of the villagers, transforming despair into a powerful testimony of hope and divine intervention.

Just A Seed Of Faith

Vidar Nordli-Mathisen.

In a quaint village nestled between rolling hills and valleys of Mount Kilimanjaro, Thomas, a humble farmer, faced a severe drought that threatened his crops and livelihood. With each passing day, the parched fields seemed to mock his efforts. Desperation crept in, and Thomas turned to God for guidance.

One night, as he knelt in prayer, a vision filled his mind: a vivid image of a bountiful harvest and abundant rainfall. Emboldened by this revelation, Thomas decided to plant seeds despite the arid conditions. His friends mocked him,  the villagers laughed at him. On the verge of doubt,  he wanted to stop but devoted his thought to making an irrigation system and a water reservoir.

It's been months since he planted his crops. One day,  he stood on this farm, and in a loud voice, he prayed.  He reminded God of the dream,  he had some months ago. The sun scorched on his skin till tiny sores emerged and sweat rolled on his face like showers. After planting the last seed,  he removed his raffia hat and wiped his sweat away with the back of his palm. Miraculously, a cold drop fell on his arm. He looked at it and glanced up at the bright sky.

All of a sudden,  gentle rain began to fall, and Thomas could hear the villagers jumping for joy. The field transformed— the cracked earth turned to fertile soil.  Thomas’ joy knew no bounds his land was wet and the reservoir was filled with water.

His plants grew as he watered his crops both day and night. The villagers marveled as Thomas's crops flourished, defying the odds. News of this miraculous harvest spread, and he became a rich farmer. He used his wealth to renew the faith of his entire community.

Planting seeds of hope in the midst of adversity can yield miraculous results. The once-barren fields now stood as a testament to the power of belief and the unexpected blessings that can sprout from the seeds of faith.

A Song To Remember

Gabriel Bucataru.

In the bustling city of Lagos, Rachel, a talented musician, faced a series of setbacks that left her dreams shattered. She struggled with self-doubt and financial hardship, till she questioned her faith in God and purpose in life.

She had gone for a church administration when she realized that her purse was missing,  she decided to trek home rather than flag down a stranger’s car on the highway.  She was hungry and tired,  she noticed a park and rested under a big oak tree. She caressed her violin case and retrieved it.

Rachel played her violin in the empty park, she poured out her emotions and pain into the song like she was telling someone her story,  she was acting singing to God. A stranger approached. Intrigued by the haunting melody, he revealed himself as a renowned conductor searching for fresh talent. Rachel, astonished, was offered an invitation for an audition to pursue her passion. Her friends raised funds for her to attend the audition.  Favor spoke for her,  she was given a slot and received a monthly stipend 10 times the salary she received from her tutorial classes.

As she joined the orchestra, Rachel's life transformed. She was made a soloist for one of their showcase. Her music became a source of inspiration, touching the hearts of audiences worldwide.

The once-forgotten dreams flourished into a symphony of redemption, reminding everyone that, with faith and perseverance, even the most broken melodies can be woven into a beautiful composition.

He Was God Backed

Marcus Spiske.

In the bustling area of Ojuelegba,  Sanni locked himself in his room praying and crying in bitter tears.  His heart was filled with deep sorrow,  he needed 100,000 naira and he needed it badly.  His status depends on it.  One thing he hated most in his life was embarrassment and it felt like his life was about to be upside down.

He had never been to the police station before but last night he dreamt that the police had come for him.  He was owing a person 100, 000 and every means to repay his futile.  He had posted the borrowers but failed to meet up and he was threatened that Monday, noon was the last chance for him to pay.

Today is Friday and a bank alert from a friend came in,  it was the exact amount he needed—100,000 naira. That night he knelt by his bed crying silently thanking God from the bottom of his heart. “Thank you,  ah!  Thank you,” he repeated again and again. All of a sudden,  a still small voice said,  “Give the money to your neighbor.”

He called it a bluff and assumed the voice was from the devil. He went by his way but his heart had no rest until he gave his neighbor all the money. It was Sunday,  he resigned to his faith.  He knew that God was all-knowing and he had no powers.  God does whatever he wants.

On Monday,  he went to work with a heavy heart.  He sat in his office lost in thought but always checked the time at intervals. It was 11:30 just a few minutes to 12. His boss came into his office and started him down. Sanni oblivious to the scrutiny, continued to stare into space till she tapped his desk and said. “Sanni,  God loves you o, he said that I should give you this.” His boss placed a white envelope before him and left.

Sanni opened it, and he was astonished. It was money,  alright!  5 times the one he had gotten on Friday.  He glanced at the clock. It was 11:49. God came through for him big time.  He paid his debt and even had a lot to go by.

Threads of Providence

Allef Vinicus.

In a quaint village, an elderly seamstress named Margaret faced loneliness after the passing of her husband. Struggling with grief, she poured her heart into creating intricate quilts, each stitch a reflection of her emotions.

One day, she decided to donate a quilt to a struggling family in the community. Little did Margaret know, the quilt brought warmth not only to the family's home but also to their hearts. As the family experienced unexpected blessings, they attributed it to the comforting threads of Margaret's gift.

Words spread, and soon, Margaret found herself surrounded by requests for her special quilts. Families in need received not only physical warmth but also a sense of hope and security. Margaret's act of kindness, inspired by her unwavering Christian faith, became a living tapestry of providence, weaving together the threads of compassion, generosity, and miracles in the lives of those she touched.
